On October 30th,2014 I catered my largest event to date which was for 850 plus people in Gonzales Texas for The Make a Wish Foundation. Everything went perfect, bringing in over $175,000.00 and money is still coming in. Thanks to my wonderful, caring staff we were able to grant a wish to each child on the list this year....
